Clean, precise linework presented with a bright palette and a fantastical play with luminescence, creates an effect both reminiscent to illustration and stained glass, making Aqua Terra by ~Paimonerra an exquisite display of delicate loveliness. (Suggested by =JurgenDoe and Featured by ^snowmask)

Thank you! C:
I loves it! Freaking awesome coloring job- I love how you've done the scales and the glowy branches. :3
And it's way better than you give yourself credit for. For reals.
The only thing that screws with my mind is I want to see more red in the hair... Like repeat the red in the tail and all that. I think it may work wonders compositionally imo. :\
But that's me.

Or a huge scanner. Does anywhere have public access to those, do you know?
I agree about the red... I think I'll try and work some into the hair. I mean, I noticed the tail was way distracting, but I didn't feel like fixing it.
Eh.
It'll be much later until I upload a better version, though...

Spend all you have for loveliness,
Buy it and never count the cost;
For one white singing hour of peace
Count many a year of strife well lost,
And for a breath of ecstasy
Give all you have been, or could be.
Unfortunately, I have no idea where one would find a giant scanner, public or commercial.
Otherwise I would spend my weekend scanning all my arts.
Ah, okies. I guess it's like the hand in my AiR pic. I STILL don't want to do anything with it, because 30 hours is a long time to be working on the same thing, and this looks like it took a while.

Paim, you don't like it?! Zomg. But the richness of the colors.. I just adore how deep and textured it came out; gives it this rustic story-book feel. Did you watercolor this? Or use watercolor pencils? I am staring at the trees [?] in the back and drooling over them with envy, haha! Oooh.. and the mixed colors in the bark horns! The highlights are just incredible.
As always, you're talent for detail is just astounding. Those scales took some dedication and love!
I am favoriting this and coveting it, despite how you feel about it, haha! It is simply beautiful. <3
