Well, I suppose after Mrs. Lovett starting using people in her pies instead of pussycats, her food became famous. But, uh... yeah. :P

Sweeny Todd is the shit and Helena Bonham Carter kicks serious ass as Mrs. Lovett.
And Johnny Depp can sing! Can he get any sexier?
I may do a Sweeny one in the future... but... I suck at dudes, so we'll see. ;_;

So I actually like this one. That's something new... of course there are a few things that turned out kinda eh. For example, her eyes - it was such a small picture, I had to do 'em with a toothpick, and I kinda scratched up the paper. O.o
Also, the scanner made some parts a little blurry. Which makes me MAD. T_T

Amazing. I need to invent new words to use to express my amazement... so this is uberfuckin'tabulous. :wow:
I love it- everything from the pose to the costume, and the aloof feeling; it practically vomits nouveau.
The pattern work is fantastic, especially on the border and shoulder-wrap doohickeys.
The hair is also stunning.

The only things I can see wrong with this, if I were to be really nitpicky, is the perspective on the pie. It's always hard to get perspective right with dishes though, so I should shut up.

Anyway, bottom line: this owns. :nod::+fav:

Yeah, the pie is fucked up. Stupid fuckin' plate. The perspective is straight-on, so it should be flat. But, uh.. well, it was one of the first things I inked, and I inked it without ever really drawing/thinking about it first. I do that a lot, though I tried really hard not to in this picture. Still... did. -_-;

I wouldn't say it's fucked up- it's just undergoing interdimensional strain. Plus, it's a priest pie. Many a priest is a crooked manipulative individual, especially in the middle ages, so the pie is relevant. :\
